Percy the donkey’s best friend died and he was really sad and desperately needing some company, when his owner’s vet got in touch with the equestrian centre…

Step forward Star, our sweet, gentle girl has gone to stay with Percy to keep him company during this sad time.

Donkeys form very close bonds with each other and the loss of a partner often leaves the remaining donkey in a state of distress, so it is lovely that Star is able to make Percy feel a little better.
