The Ride High Equestrian Centre was set up in 2017 on the site of a previous riding school. It comprises 37 acres of fields, stables, yard buildings and accommodation, based in the heart of Milton Keynes. It is a commercial riding school which exists to support the work of the charity Ride High, which transforms the lives of disadvantaged children.

Our ethos is very strong – throughout the organisation we are committed to developing people and we use horses to do this through both ridden and non-ridden programmes and activities. We are committed to our horses and their welfare and we pride ourselves on having a non-cliquey culture.
Preferably you will have taught in a riding school previously and be able to teach beginners and intermediate riders of all ages in group and private lessons.
Experience of teaching SEND riders is an advantage as in addition, you will assist in teaching our charity sessions, where you will help to transform the lives of disadvantaged children.
The role also includes day-to-day yard duties when not teaching.
This position will be a 40-hour contract over 5 days and will include an evening and one weekend day. Wage will be dependent on experience and qualifications
